Website information
Privacy, plainly.
How this version of the INTECH website works.
Your project brief
The details you enter remain in the current tab so you can revise them. The website does not save form details in local storage. Downloading a brief creates a file on your device and does not send it to INTECH.
When you send your details
After you give permission and press send, your name, email, company, project type, timeline, and summary are passed through a Vercel function and Resend to official@intech.in.th so INTECH can reply about your project. The message is handled by the email providers and kept in the team’s mailbox. The website does not create an inquiry database.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which starts loading when you interact with the form. Cloudflare may process technical browser and network information to prevent automated abuse. The server verifies the result before sending an email.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymized page visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure Core Web Vitals. The website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts and brand images are served with the website. Turnstile is a third-party service used to protect the form.
First-visit loading screen
A session storage flag remembers whether the loading screen has appeared in your current tab. It contains no personal information and is not sent to a server. The website opens normally if session storage is unavailable.
Article link clicks
On the production website, clicks from the homepage to an article, from an article to work, the preparation checklist or Contact, and from the checklist to Contact are recorded as daily aggregate counts in Upstash Redis through a Vercel function. Event properties contain only a language code, action type and published article ID. Form text, checklist answers and copied summaries are not sent. A keyed daily hash derived from network and browser information reduces duplicate counting without storing raw IP addresses or user-agent strings. Temporary hashes expire within 48 hours and daily aggregates after 90 days. These approximate action counts do not identify people or prove a completed inquiry. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop events. Local preview does not send events for storage. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from URLs sent to Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
Contact actions and form sends
The production website counts LINE clicks, email clicks, first form input and messages accepted by Resend, grouped by language and the preceding page category, such as article, services or work. Names, email addresses, messages, field values and referrer URLs are not sent to analytics; no individual journey is stored. A channel click does not mean a message was sent, and a form send does not confirm inbox delivery. Daily aggregates expire after 90 days. Keyed hashes of network and browser information reduce duplicate clicks; a keyed hash of the Resend receipt prevents duplicate send counts. Hashes expire within 48 hours. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected; Local preview does not send counts for storage.
Article views
Views are shared across the Thai and English editions. A visit is counted after article content is visible for at least 10 seconds in an active tab, with repeat visits within a day deduplicated. The approximate total is not a count of individual people or a confirmation that they finished reading. A Vercel function creates a daily keyed hash from network and browser information; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not sent to Upstash Redis. Temporary hashes expire within 48 hours; aggregate totals are retained. Session storage reduces repeat requests in the tab. No view event is sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.
Project payments
When you use online payment, your job reference and THB amount are sent through Vercel to Stripe. Card and payment details are entered directly on Stripe Checkout; this website receives no card number or CVC. A minimal record of the paid session ID, job reference, amount, currency and creation time is kept in Upstash Redis for 90 days to handle repeat events safely. This cache is not an accounting ledger. Request limits use a daily keyed hash of the IP address, with rate-limit keys expiring after 60 seconds. Payment and result pages do not load Web Analytics, Speed Insights or article-click measurement.
Email, LINE, and hosting
Email and LINE links open those services without automatically sending a message. Messages you choose to send are handled by the relevant providers. Vercel may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
