02 / Working together
A shared process.
A clear next step.
You know what is being built, who is responsible, and when we review it together. We agree the scope before development begins.
Start with the problem
We learn about your goals, users, existing systems, and constraints. A conversation is enough to get started.
Agree the plan
Together we define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and milestones. You can see what is included and what comes later.
Build, review, hand over
We share progress, review the work with you, and test before release. Documentation and a handover help your team take it forward.
03 / FAQ
Before we start.
Pricing, handover, and what comes next.
Message response hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Thailand time (UTC+7)
Messages outside these hours join the queue for the next working day.
What should I prepare?
Tell us the problem, who will use the system, and when you hope to launch. Share a budget or reference work if you have it. You do not need a finished brief.
How do you estimate a project?
We assess scope, complexity, and integrations, then separate project costs from external costs in the proposal. Extra work needs an agreed price and timeline before it starts.
What do I receive at handover?
The proposal defines the deliverables, such as the accepted system, agreed files and source code, documentation, and the account access your team needs.
Who owns the source code?
The agreement specifies code ownership, rights to use and modify it, and the files to hand over before work starts. Third-party libraries and services retain their own terms.
What happens after handover?
We agree the period, scope, and responsibility for issue fixes before handover. New features and ongoing maintenance are scoped and priced separately.
04 / Your next project
Have something in mind?
Let’s work it out.
You don’t need to know which technology to choose. Tell us what you want to change, and we’ll help you find a starting point.
